Luis Domínguez Viñuales, architect director

Architect, Building Engineer and Master in Urban Planning by the University of Barcelona.
Worked in the Town Hall Planning Department from 1981 to 1998.

Subsequently he founded KATSURA Architecture developing various projects of architecture and urban planning, collaborating in projects such as Torre Iberdrola (Cesar Pelli), Apartments in Abandoibarra (OAB,Carlos Ferrater), the Library of the University of Deusto (Rafael Moneo), the Center for the Performing Arts of Zarautz (Coop. Himmelb(l)au) and the IMQ Hospital in Bilbao (Carlos Ferrater and Alfonso Casares).

In 2011, establishes collaboration agreement for development of urban projects with Bernardo de Sola Susperregui and Ángela Gori Architects.
